Cozy house with king bed, parking, fenced yard

Cute house in a great location Positive: We loved the location. 35 minutes from Niagra Falls and about 20 minutes from Highmark Stadium. The house was cute and tastefully decorated. The neighbors were friendly as well. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The home was perfect for us to be able to do things with my family but also gave us a refuge to relax at. Positive: The location was perfect for using as a home base if you were to go to downtown Buffalo, Niagara Falls and to go to any of the sports venues nearby. The house is cozy and has a lot of charm. The backyard is good sized and would allow for many different types of activities for families or to take some time to relax The home is close to multiple grocery stores and drug stores so you can pick up any groceries or items that you want for your visit. Negative: The town is doing some construction so you should just be aware that you may have detours Not really the host’s fault though

I do not recommend staying in this house. We rented it for two nights and unfortunately we couldn’t even stay the second night. We used one of the bathrooms, one time and the second bathroom one time and after using the second bathroom, the one time it clothed. Would not unclog and we had to wait until the following day for a plumber. We had to go to the gas station to use the bathroom for the first day we were there. When we were looking for a plunger to try and unclog the toilet, we noticed that there was leaking water under the bathroom sink cabinet. We had only been in the house for an hour or so this week has been prior to our visit. As soon as we pulled up to the house, the siding of the house was hanging off right in front of the front door. Safety Hazard and was an eye source as soon as we pulled up. The house was dusty and old. We ended up forfeiting our money and not staying the second night. I would suggest looking elsewhere to stay!

Yes suitable for pets. Kitchen had what we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay, immaculate condition.
